1. Feedback Path: When the diagnosis fails, a prompt interface will appear. Tap "Feedback" directly and fill in the relevant information to upload according to the system prompts.

2. No Responses when Connected to a Car: Check if the connection with the vehicle diagnostic socket is secure. Ensure the ignition switch is on, and verify if the tool supports the car.

3. System Stops when Reading the Data Stream: This may be caused by a loose diagnostic VCI dongle. Unplug the VCI dongle, then reconnect it securely.

4. Communication Error with Vehicle ECU: Confirm the diagnostic VCI dongle is correctly connected and the ignition switch is on. Alternatively, provide your vehicle's year, make, model, and VIN number using the Feedback feature for timely technical assistance.

5. Screen Flashing when Engine Ignition Starts: This is normal and caused by electromagnetic interference.

6. Capturing Screenshots: Tap the "Screenshot" icon on the screen to capture the current display, which will be saved in the ArtiFolder module.
